Repossession Title Specialist

The Repossession Title Specialist will conduct all aspects of the repossession title process. This includes interaction with outside vendors, Department of Motor Vehicle offices and independent contractors.

What is a day in the life at Flagship as a Repossession Title Specialist?

  • The Repossession Title Specialist will monitor title activity to ensure titles are processed in a timely manner so repossessed units can be sold at auction.
  • Provide thorough and accurate documentation to accounts
  • Superior communication skills
  • Attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal errors
  • Ability to manage coaching and development in a positive manner
  • Work with all outside agencies including but not limited to Department of Motor Vehicle offices as well as State Regulatory Agencies as appropriate
 

About you:

  • Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Preferred: AA/AS Degree
  • Repossession Title Specialist III Required: Minimum of three (3) years of title processing experience

  • Schedule flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrate ability to effectively negotiate and manage through conflict
  • Personal accountability and ownership for work performed
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good time management skills, planning, and organization.
  • Problem-solving and negotiations skills
  • Self-motivated and able to demonstrate personal initiative

Computer Skills:
Ability to utilize multiple systems such as Spectrum, Copart, IBeam, Auto IMS
